Terms of Service

Welcome to Play4Growth. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Play4Growth platform at play4growth.com (the “Service”), operated by Play4Growth, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Play4Growth is a Christian homeschool platform providing AI-powered curriculum for grades K–5, integrated with a biblical worldview. The Service includes daily lesson plans, assessments, attendance tracking, learning portfolios, state compliance guides, and the Give More contribution program supporting mission partners.

Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian and that all information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for all children’s profiles you create and the data entered on their behalf.

Subscription Tiers and Pricing

Play4Growth offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access to curriculum and platform features at no cost.
• Starter : $12/month: Full curriculum access for one child.
• Family : $20/month: Full curriculum access for multiple children in one household.
• Ministry : $30/month: Full access with expanded features for co-ops, churches, and ministry-based homeschool groups.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. We will notify you of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle.

Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Give More Program

The Give More program allows subscribers to make voluntary contributions to support mission partners working in persecuted and restricted regions. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Contributions are not tax-deductible. Give More is a giving program, not a charitable donation program.
• Contributions are made to Play4Growth, Inc., which distributes funds to mission partners at its discretion.
• Play4Growth, Inc. reserves the right to allocate contributions among mission partners as it determines appropriate, including redirecting funds if a selected partner is unable to receive them.
• Contributions are voluntary and do not affect your subscription or access to the Service.

Content Ownership

All curriculum content, lesson plans, assessments, and platform materials are the intellectual property of Play4Growth, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Content you upload to the platform, such as portfolio artifacts, photos, and documents, remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the Service for your use.

State Compliance Guides

Play4Growth provides homeschool compliance guides for all 50 states and the District of Columbia. These guides are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Homeschool laws vary by state and change over time. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of your state. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney or your state’s department of education for specific legal questions.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Play4Growth, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@play4growth.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
